Greater Group has worked with ANZ for more than seven years, delivering more than sixty-five branch locations across a national programme of retail banking formats throughout Australia. The relationship covers design, procurement and build, supporting projects from early planning and documentation through to manufacture, installation and final delivery.

The work covers a broad mix of formats, including flagship branches, standard branches, regional locations, kiosks and relocatable pop-up formats. That range allows Greater Group to support ANZ across both large-scale customer environments and smaller, more flexible points of presence. The kiosk programme alone has been deployed to fourteen locations since 2021.

Alongside project delivery, Greater Group also maintains key elements of the ANZ Branch Standards Manual, including architectural details, services, signage, wayfinding and individual component standards. This creates a consistent foundation that can be applied across different branch types while still responding to the practical requirements of each site.

Across the relationship, Greater Group’s role has been to connect the standards with the delivery, helping ANZ roll out different banking formats through one integrated service covering design, documentation, procurement, manufacture and build.
