Launching SharkNinja Across Asia Pacific with a Scalable Retail Playbook

Greater Group developed SharkNinja’s Asia Pacific retail design guidelines to support the brand’s entry and expansion across the region, creating a retail system that could launch consistently across new markets while adapting to different retailers, formats and local conditions.

With much of SharkNinja’s physical presence delivered through retail partners, entering each market meant working within a different environment from department stores and electronics retailers to mall concourses and consumer events. Rather than designing individual stores, Greater Group created a scalable retail identity, modular kit of parts and implementation playbook that could travel with the brand. The system now spans three formats store-in-store, roadshows and semi-permanent pop-ups and has been implemented across Indonesia, Thailand, Taiwan, Singapore, Hong Kong, the Philippines and Australia.
