Greater Group has supported The Estée Lauder Companies for more than seven years across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and Japan, delivering travel retail counters and activations for brands including Tom Ford, Jo Malone London, MAC, Le Labo, Aveda, Origins and Estée Lauder. The scope spans design, digital integration, joinery manufacture, procurement, installation and project management across airports and duty-free environments including Sydney Airport, Auckland Airport, Lotte Duty Free Sydney and DFS Scotts Walk in Singapore.

Each house carries its own fixture standards, material palette, lighting requirements and retail expression. Greater Group manages those requirements through one delivery structure, with counter joinery manufactured in-house at The Lab to maintain control over detailing, finish and quality across the programme. That manufacturing capability sits alongside design, documentation, procurement and installation, giving the team a direct line from the brand standard through to the finished counter.

Travel retail places a high level of pressure on precision and programme. Counters are compact, highly merchandised and viewed at close range, with fixed opening dates and tightly controlled installation conditions.
