A Multi-Brand Retail Programme for Estée Lauder Companies
Coordinating a Multi-Brand Duty-Free Environment
The Estée Lauder Companies required MAC Cosmetics, Aveda, Origins and Le Labo to be delivered within Lotte Duty Free Sydney as one coordinated programme. Each house came with its own fixture standards, materials and merchandising requirements, all sharing the same duty-free trading environment.
The programme demanded a high level of accuracy across every customer-facing detail. Duty-free counters are compact and densely merchandised, with finishes experienced at close range and installation coordinated around an active trading floor. The joinery therefore needed to arrive highly resolved and ready to integrate with the wider retail environment.
Manufacturing to Individual Brand Standards
Greater Group held joinery production, installation and project management across all four houses. The custom fixture packages were manufactured in-house at The Lab, bringing four different brand specifications into one controlled production environment and one quality standard.
Materials, hardware, finishes and detailing were resolved through the same manufacturing team responsible for preparing the fixtures for installation. Project management coordinated the four brand approvals, the retailer programme and site sequence, allowing production and delivery to move as one programme rather than four independent packages.
Distinct Brand Identities, Delivered to One Standard
MAC, Aveda, Origins and Le Labo were delivered into Lotte Duty Free Sydney to their respective brand standards, with the joinery manufactured in-house and installed through one coordinated programme.
The project demonstrates the value of manufacturing control across a multi-brand luxury environment. Each house retains its own retail identity, while The Lab provides a common benchmark for fixture quality, detailing and execution across the programme.
