Estée Lauder DFS Singapore

Estée Lauder required an event-pad activation at DFS Scotts Walk in Singapore, including digital integration, on a three-week lead time. The activation was tied to a campaign programme, making the opening date fixed from the outset. The brief required the physical environment, digital content, procurement and construction to progress within the same compressed window. Design decisions needed to be immediately actionable, with materials, technology and build methods selected around what could be delivered within the programme.

Greater Group held design, procurement, build and digital integration within one delivery team. The physical and digital elements were developed together, with decisions made against what could be sourced, fabricated and installed within the three-week window. This allowed design development, procurement and construction preparation to progress in parallel. The same team carried the activation from concept through to site, reducing handovers and maintaining control across a programme with very little room for delay.

The DFS Scotts Walk activation was completed within the fast-tracked three-week lead time, with its digital integration delivered as part of the finished environment. Within the wider Estée Lauder Companies relationship, the project is a strong example of Greater Group’s integrated delivery capability. Design, procurement, digital and build were managed through one team, allowing a luxury beauty activation to move from brief to trading within a highly compressed programme.
