Kering required a two-floor Asia Pacific workplace at One Taikoo Place, bringing together teams working across its portfolio of luxury houses. The fitout called for a high level of finish throughout, with detailed joinery, material interfaces and integrated services requiring accurate execution on site.

The challenge was to maintain that standard consistently across both floors while delivering within an occupied commercial tower. With multiple trades and specialist packages coming together, close coordination was critical to ensuring the finished environment reflected the standards associated with the wider Kering portfolio.

Greater Group managed the build and fitout from site coordination through to final handover, with close attention given to the interfaces between custom joinery, architectural finishes, lighting and services. In a high-end workplace, these details are highly visible, making precision in fabrication and installation critical to the overall result.

Trades, deliveries and installation were coordinated across both floors as one programme, with quality control maintained throughout construction. This allowed issues to be resolved as the build progressed and ensured the specified materials, details and finishes were carried through accurately from design intent to completion.

The completed workplace gives Kering a refined Asia Pacific headquarters across two floors of One Taikoo Place. Custom joinery, finishes, lighting and services come together as a cohesive environment, with the quality of execution carried consistently across both client-facing and working areas.
