The Great Room

Greater Group has worked with The Great Room across Hong Kong and Sydney, supporting the premium co-working brand through procurement, build and, more recently, full design and delivery. The relationship reflects The Great Room’s approach to workplace: members are not simply buying a desk, but an environment that combines work, hospitality and community.

That places a higher expectation on the physical space. Material quality, lighting, furniture, detailing and shared amenity all contribute to the experience, and the workplace has to feel closer to a members’ club or hotel than a conventional serviced office.

Greater Group’s role has evolved alongside the relationship. In Hong Kong, the focus was on procurement and build, translating an established design into a finished environment. In Sydney, the scope expanded to design and build, giving Greater Group greater responsibility for how The Great Room’s brand and hospitality principles were interpreted locally.
