BCW works across emerging areas of fintech and Web3, where teams, projects and ways of working can shift quickly. Its Hong Kong office therefore needed to be agile enough to accommodate change, while creating a stronger environment for collaboration and exchange between teams.

The brief called for a workplace that felt bright, energetic and creative without compromising its function as a professional working environment. Flexibility needed to be built into the floorplan itself, allowing spaces to support different activities rather than locking each area into a single use.

Greater Group designed the workplace around adaptable spaces and shared environments. A conference room with foldable walls can open up when more space is required, while the production floor provides a more collaborative setting for teams working together. Social spaces, including the pantry, extend that interaction beyond formal work settings.

A neutral base makes use of the natural light from the office’s large windows, while stronger brand elements bring BCW’s identity into the workplace. Pendant lights reference the company logo, patterned finishes define the lift lobby, and a customised green wall introduces a physical interpretation of the company’s digital character.

The completed office gives BCW a workplace that can shift between focused work, collaboration, meetings and larger team gatherings, allowing the same spaces to work in different ways throughout the day. For a fast-moving technology business, that adaptability was built into the architecture from the outset, allowing the workplace to respond as teams, projects and ways of working evolve. The result is an office that works for BCW today, with the flexibility to adapt to what comes next.
