Delivering TPC’s Premium Sydney Workplace in Eight Weeks
Greater Group delivered the design and build for TPC’s headquarters at Grosvenor Place in Sydney, creating a corporate yet warm environment for staff engagement and stakeholder collaboration. An eight-week programme delivered a more sustainable workplace through organic finishes and biophilic accents that reflect TPC’s decarbonisation commitments.
Premium Quality on a Compressed Programme
TPC required a new headquarters that felt professional and refined while creating a warmer environment for staff engagement and stakeholder collaboration. Located within Grosvenor Place, the workplace also needed to meet the expectations and operational requirements of a premium Sydney commercial tower.
The defining constraint was time. Design and construction needed to be completed within eight weeks, leaving little room for programme movement. That challenge was heightened by the minimalist design language, where material junctions, detailing and finishes remain exposed and quality cannot easily be disguised through additional layers of design.
Design and Delivery as One Programme
Greater Group held design and build under one team, allowing the eight-week programme to be planned as a single sequence rather than separate design, procurement and construction stages. Design decisions, material selections, procurement and site requirements were coordinated early so construction could move efficiently once works began.
Within that programme, the workplace was kept intentionally restrained. Organic finishes, natural textures and biophilic elements soften the corporate environment and connect the interior to TPC’s sustainability values, while clean lines and a minimalist material palette maintain the premium character of the Grosvenor Place setting.
Eight Weeks Without Compromising the Finish
Greater Group delivered TPC’s new headquarters within the eight-week programme, creating a workplace that feels considered rather than fast-tracked. The minimalist detailing, natural materiality and quality of finish were maintained through delivery, while the completed environment provides a warmer setting for both employees and stakeholder engagement.
The outcome demonstrates what integrated design and build can achieve under programme pressure: not simply delivering quickly, but maintaining the design intent and finish quality expected of a premium workplace while doing so.
