Fragomen wanted to create a more positive workplace for its Singapore team, moving beyond a conventional corporate office towards an environment that encouraged people to interact, collaborate and engage more naturally throughout the working day.

For a global professional services business, the challenge was to introduce that openness without losing the structure and professionalism the workplace still required. The office needed to support formal meetings and focused work, while providing more opportunities for informal conversations, shared working and the everyday interactions that help build a stronger workplace culture.

Greater Group designed the office around generous circulation and shared spaces, giving teams room to meet and collaborate without those activities interfering with the wider workplace. Desk sharing replaced a fully fixed workstation model, introducing greater flexibility into how the floor could be used and supporting a workplace that could respond to changing patterns of work.

The interior reinforces that shift in culture. Royal blue establishes a strong visual identity across the floor, while yellow, red and teal accents bring more energy into lounge and lunchroom areas. Furniture placement and open circulation keep the workplace feeling spacious and connected, creating a professional environment that is also warmer, more social and less formal.

The completed workplace gives Fragomen’s Singapore team more choice in how they use the office. Desk sharing provides flexibility for everyday work, while collaborative and communal spaces create dedicated opportunities for teams to meet, exchange ideas and spend time together away from their desks.

Rather than treating collaboration as an additional amenity, the refurbishment makes it part of how the workplace operates. The result is a more open and engaging office that supports Fragomen’s professional requirements while creating a stronger environment for communication, connection and workplace culture.
