Office Expansion and Interior Uplift in Hong Kong
Greater Group partnered with TOPO Solutions to deliver a strategic office expansion and interior uplift in Hong Kong. The project improved functionality and employee engagement, combining bold brand features with practical layouts for a fast-moving supply chain technology business. This expansion project was completed in a span of 10 weeks – 4 in design and 6 in build, a testament to the harmonious collaboration of Topo and Greater Group resulting in an efficient delivery and successful execution.
Expansion with Brand Focus
TOPO Solutions needed to expand a 139.4 sqm office, improving spatial efficiency while reinforcing corporate identity. The brief required clearer planning for evolving operational needs, more collaborative settings, and a distinctive design language aligned with innovation in supply chain solutions. Layouts needed to remain practical and efficient, balancing strong expression with day-to-day performance.
Flow, Function, and Identity
Circulation paths and workstation layouts were reconfigured to reduce congestion and support day-to-day productivity. Brand-led features were integrated to add character without visual clutter, supported by dual-purpose furniture that combines storage with a clean, minimal aesthetic. Circular wall elements and pendant lighting were delivered as key identity moments, with the full workplace design and build completed within a 10-week programme.

The completed office improves workflow clarity and daily movement, creating a more engaging environment for employees. A stronger visual identity reinforces brand presence, while practical planning keeps work settings adaptable as needs change. Delivered within a controlled programme, the outcome gives TOPO a modern technology office design that balances bold expression with operational efficiency.
