15 Years of Retail Evolution Across 22 Countries
For over 15 years, Greater Group has supported Pandora’s retail evolution across 22 countries, documenting and delivering more than 1,200 stores, 330 flagships and 50 kiosks throughout Australia and Asia. As custodians of Pandora’s retail standards, Greater Group maintains the design guidelines, fixture and furniture documentation, technical specifications, lighting, finishes, graphics, back-of-house planning and engineering standards that underpin the global store network. This capability extends across all retail formats, including kiosks and their integrated technology requirements.
As Pandora’s retail concepts have evolved, Greater Group has documented each successive generation, supporting continuous estate-wide refurbishments and ensuring consistency across both existing stores and new openings. Beyond documentation, the team has delivered flagship, inline, concession and kiosk projects, as well as renovations and relocations, across Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Taiwan, Thailand, Cambodia and China.
During my time as CEO at Pandora I worked closely with greater group developing our retail network of concept stores. We chose greater group as our partner for store design, approval process and build as we liked their hands-on approach to resolving all issues small or large and their keen attention to detail. greater group were manufacturing custom designed Pandora furniture not only for the Australian market but also for the global Pandora business. On many occasions greater group custom built furniture for a specific kiosk or challenging design. I thoroughly enjoyed working with greater group during my 8 years at Pandora.
