Greater Group has been T2’s build and joinery partner since 2024, supporting twenty-nine locations across the brand’s Australian store estate. The relationship began with the delivery of T2’s flagship at Highpoint and a standard-format store at Charlestown, both using the same core fixture family, and has since expanded into relocations, refurbishments, temporary trading sites and ongoing maintenance.

That fixture family is central to the way T2’s stores operate. Fragrance testing stations, interactive displays and supporting joinery are used across both flagship and standard formats, creating consistency in the customer experience while allowing each store to respond to its own footprint and level of investment. Greater Group manufactures and installs those elements to a common specification, giving the wider estate a recognisable retail language without forcing every location into the same format.

Beyond new fitouts, Greater Group also manages an ongoing maintenance programme covering fixture repairs, replacement hardware, lighting, signage and point of sale. Stores are supported both reactively and through planned replacement campaigns, including locations originally delivered by other contractors.

The result is a relationship that extends across the full lifecycle of the store environment, from flagship and standard-store delivery through to refurbishment, temporary formats, repair and replacement. One fixture system supports the network, and one delivery partner remains accountable for keeping it consistent and operational over time
