Crocs

Greater Group has worked with Crocs since 2018, beginning with a design engagement at Jewel Changi Airport and growing into an ongoing fixture manufacture and supply programme supporting more than fifty-five Crocs locations across nine markets: Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Macau, Taiwan, New Zealand and Japan. The scope now spans store design and documentation, fixture manufacture, procurement and build.

At the centre of the programme is Crocs’ repeatable fixture system of wall bays, mid-floor towers, display tables and shelving. Greater Group manufactures and supplies that kit centrally to a common specification, shipping components to order across the region. This creates a direct link between the retail standard on paper and the physical components installed in store.

With design, documentation, manufacture and build held within one delivery structure, Greater Group provides a single point of accountability from concept through to the shop floor. Global standards can be applied across different tenancies, markets and supply chains with greater consistency, while each new site benefits from the technical and delivery knowledge built through the programme over time.
