Bringing Crocs’ Global Concept Store to Life
Bringing the Global Concept to Singapore
Crocs selected VivoCity for its Singapore flagship, bringing the brand’s Global Concept Store to one of the country’s most prominent retail destinations. Designed as more than a transactional store, the format combines interactive experiences, personalisation, digital elements and flexible merchandising within a distinctive global concept.
The challenge was execution. With multiple bespoke elements, specialist fixtures and integrated experiences, the store needed to translate from global design intent into a finished environment without losing quality, functionality or impact, while meeting a fixed retail opening programme.
Delivering the Design Without Compromise
Greater Group led procurement and build, translating the global concept into a coordinated manufacturing and delivery package. Bespoke fixtures and joinery were engineered to specification, materials and FF&E sourced through established regional supply chains, and logistics managed around the programme and site requirements.
On site, installation and quality control brought those elements together to the required standard, with particular attention to the interactive features, personalisation areas, graphics and modular merchandising system. By managing the process from procurement through installation, Greater Group maintained continuity between the design intent and what ultimately reached the shop floor.
Global Concept, Delivered to Standard
The completed VivoCity flagship brought Crocs’ Global Concept Store to Singapore with its experiential and interactive elements fully realised. Flexible modular fixtures allow the environment to evolve with product and campaign changes, while the wider experience establishes the store as a destination rather than simply a point of sale.
Delivered to standard and to programme, VivoCity gives Crocs a flagship destination in Singapore and set the delivery benchmark for Greater Group’s wider Crocs programme across Asia Pacific.
