Creating a Recognisable Store-in-Store Identity for SharkNinja
Standing Out in a Shared Retail Environment
SharkNinja operates largely within multi-brand retail environments, from department stores to major electronics retailers, where its products compete for attention alongside other brands within the same floor.
With limited control over the surrounding architecture, lighting or customer journey, the fixture becomes the primary expression of the brand. The challenge was to create a retail identity distinctive enough to be recognised across a busy floor, flexible enough to support beauty, home and kitchen categories, and scalable across different retailers and markets.
Making the Fixture the Brand
Greater Group developed a modular fixture system designed to carry SharkNinja’s identity wherever it appears. A consistent visual language connects different product categories and formats, while a flexible kit of parts allows the system to scale from larger department-store environments to compact displays without creating a new solution for every location.
The system was designed for implementation as much as appearance. Detailed documentation, procurement support, a maintained product library and physical material samples give local partners the information they need to reproduce the concept accurately, even when Greater Group is not delivering the installation directly.
A Guideline That's Built to Travel
The result is a recognisable SharkNinja store-in-store presence that remains consistent as the retailer, format and market change. Already deployed across Indonesia, Thailand, Taiwan, Singapore, Hong Kong and the Philippines, the system provides a proven platform for continued expansion into Australia and New Zealand. Across categories and markets, the modular fixture system allows SharkNinja to scale its retail presence without diluting the brand identity that makes it recognisable.
