Greater Group works across Singtel’s retail network in Singapore, supporting design development, visual merchandising and environmental graphics across flagship stores and a national network of more than thirty locations. The relationship also extends to the fixture and graphics systems that keep the network current as products, campaigns and customer needs change throughout the year.

Telco retail evolves continuously, so flexibility sits at the centre of Singtel’s store format. Greater Group developed a modular fixture system that can be reconfigured for product launches, category updates and new service offers, with handset walls, home entertainment bays, serving pods, service bars, trade-in counters and payment walls all working within the same adaptable framework.

That system is applied across locations including ION Orchard, VivoCity, Punggol and Tengah, and extends into Singtel’s retail partnerships with Casetify, Etiqa, FairPrice, OPPO, SharkNinja and Far East Flora. Greater Group also supports co-branded product initiatives such as the Singtel x Casetify accessories collections, extending the design relationship beyond the store environment itself.
