Evolving a Clinic Concept Across 60+ Locations
Greater Group has delivered more than 60 SILK Laser Clinics across Australia, leading design, procurement and build across one of its largest national rollout programmes. The format brings the accessibility and presentation of retail into a specialist treatment environment, with every clinic balancing customer experience with the technical requirements of privacy, equipment, servicing and compliant treatment spaces.
The customer journey shapes the clinic from front to back. Arrival, consultation and product are presented through a welcoming retail environment, with treatment rooms planned around the operational requirements of each service. Planning, lighting, joinery and finishes work together to create a consistent SILK experience from the first interaction through to treatment.
Across the rollout, Greater Group has developed and applied a shared set of planning, joinery and finish standards to different tenancies around Australia. Knowledge from each completed clinic feeds directly into the next, allowing the format and its delivery to evolve across the network. More than 60 clinics have been delivered through the programme, including Strathpine, Karrinyup and Midland Gate, with Midland Gate receiving Silver for Retail Interior Design at the 2019 Melbourne Design Awards.
Greater Group did an excellent job following the project brief to deliver results that perfectly align with our vision for the updated interiors. We wanted to take a fresh approach to the visual appearance of our clinics but it was important for the characteristic features of the previous design to still be present so as to avoid completely reinventing the brand image. We love the refreshed look, it's chic and sophisticated yet still warm and welcoming to our customers. We loved working with Greater Group and look forward to future collaborations.
