Designing the Hospitality Network Across Marvel Stadium

Greater Group, through our specialist hospitality division TableFive, works with Delaware North across a growing programme of food, beverage and hospitality environments at Marvel Stadium. The portfolio includes The Pulse by Coca-Cola, Foundry, Lee Ho Fook, Stoke-Grill, EARL and 8-Bit, spanning full-service dining, sports bars, branded food concepts and event spaces.

Each venue is planned around a specific service model and location within the stadium. Restaurants require coordinated kitchen, service and dining flows. Bars need clear ordering points, high-capacity service and space for groups to gather. Quick-service outlets concentrate transactions into short periods before events and during breaks, placing greater emphasis on queue management, menu visibility and collection.

Greater Group’s work spans concept design, detailed documentation, FF&E specification and selected build scopes. This gives Delaware North a consistent design resource across different hospitality formats as Marvel Stadium continues to develop its food and beverage offer.
