Retail and Hospitality Across Australia’s Major Venues
Greater Group, through our specialist hospitality division TableFive, works with Delaware North across retail and hospitality environments at major stadiums, airports and destinations across Australia and New Zealand. The relationship spans restaurants, bars, cafés, merchandise stores, quick-service food and beverage and technology-led retail formats.
Much of the programme operates within high-volume event environments, where thousands of customers move through a venue within concentrated periods. Greater Group plans each format around its service model and location, considering customer flow, queueing, ordering, collection, dining, merchandise display and back-of-house operations as part of the design.
At the Melbourne Cricket Ground, the programme spans member hospitality, function rooms, bars, cafés, merchandise retail and frictionless formats. At Marvel Stadium, Greater Group has worked across restaurants, sports bars, branded food concepts and event spaces. The wider relationship also extends into airport and destination hospitality, applying the same operational approach across different customer volumes, dwell times and service models.
Greater Group’s involvement spans concept design, detailed documentation, FF&E specification and procurement through to selected build and delivery scopes. This breadth allows individual projects to respond directly to their venue and operation, with a consistent design and delivery resource supporting Delaware North across the wider portfolio.
Working with the Greater Group team was a great experience, and the high-end retail space they delivered exceeded our expectations.
