Three Hospitality Brands, Delivered Together at Sydney Airport

Greater Group partnered with Airport Retail Group Australia to deliver three hospitality venues within Qantas Terminal 3 at Sydney Airport: Lotus Dumpling Bar, Maggio’s Pasticceria and Slims. The programme brought three distinctly different dining concepts into the same concourse, with TableFive, Greater Group’s specialist hospitality design division, leading the design and documentation, supported by Greater Group’s wider manufacture and build capabilities.

Each venue required its own response. Lotus needed the presence and refinement of an established Sydney restaurant. Maggio’s translated the warmth of an Italian neighbourhood pasticceria into the terminal, while Slims brought the energy of its diner concept into a faster, high-throughput format. The objective was not to create a common airport aesthetic, but to adapt each hospitality brand individually while resolving all three for the same operational environment.

Together, TableFive and Greater Group connected hospitality design with delivery. TableFive brought specialist food and beverage planning, customer experience and documentation expertise, while Greater Group carried the work through manufacture and construction. This allowed the three venues to be coordinated as one programme behind the scenes while remaining completely different experiences for the customer.
