Bringing Lee Ho Fook Into Marvel Stadium
Create a Full-Service Restaurant Inside the Stadium
Greater Group, through our specialist hospitality division TableFive, developed the Lee Ho Fook environment within Marvel Stadium’s Medallion Club, bringing Victor Liong’s established restaurant into the stadium setting.
The restaurant needed to operate around event-day dining patterns, with large numbers of bookings arriving within defined periods before play. Kitchen operation, staff circulation, table planning and guest movement all needed to support a compressed service window and a full restaurant offer.
Plan the Restaurant Around Service
Greater Group organised the floor plan around the relationship between the kitchen, service routes and dining room. Staff circulation supports efficient movement between preparation, tables and clearing points, with guest circulation establishing a clear sequence from arrival to seating.
The dining room uses a mix of table configurations to accommodate couples, smaller groups and larger parties. Furniture, lighting and interior detailing give Lee Ho Fook a defined restaurant setting within the Medallion Club and create an environment suited to a longer, seated dining occasion.
Full-Service Dining as Part of Event Day
Lee Ho Fook gives Medallion Club guests a dedicated full-service restaurant within Marvel Stadium. The format allows guests to book a table, dine before an event and move directly into the stadium afterwards.
Its inclusion also broadens the hospitality formats delivered across Marvel Stadium. Lee Ho Fook provides restaurant dining, Foundry provides sports-bar hospitality, and The Pulse connects bar service directly with the arena, giving each venue a specific role within Delaware North’s wider food and beverage programme.
