Bespoke
Engage us for a single capability
For brands that need specialist support at one stage — strategy, design, documentation, fixture development, procurement, manufacture, installation or post-launch review.
See Bespoke
Greater Group can be engaged for a single capability, a complete project or an ongoing multi-site programme. The same studios, factory floor and delivery teams sit behind each model. What changes is how much of the chain a brand hands over, and how long the relationship runs.

Bring us in where the project needs us, with Strategy, Design, Procurement, Manufacture, Build or Perform engaged as standalone capabilities.
Every bespoke engagement draws on the same people, systems and experience behind our end-to-end projects and multi-market programmes.
One team owns the outcome across design, procurement, manufacture and build, with clear accountability for programme, budget, quality and delivery.
One continuous line of responsibility carries the approved design through documentation, manufacture, installation and final handover.
Systems, specifications and production are engineered for volume, creating greater efficiency and cost control as the network grows.
Shared guidelines, fixture systems and quality standards keep the brand consistent across sites, formats, markets and delivery teams.
A bespoke engagement is built around the specific capability your project needs. That can include strategy, concept design, design development, documentation, procurement, manufacturing, fitout, installation or post-launch support as a standalone scope.
End-to-end can connect the project from strategy and design through documentation, procurement, manufacture, fitout, installation and handover. The exact scope is built around what the project requires. Perform services, including post-launch review, optimisation and ongoing maintenance, can be added where they create value.
We establish the programme around a shared set of design guidelines, fixture systems, documentation standards and quality controls. Each site is adapted to local conditions within that framework, allowing the brand experience to remain consistent across markets, formats and delivery teams.
No. We structure the engagement around the model that best suits the brand, project and procurement strategy. Greater Group can take responsibility for the full journey, or the scope can be divided into defined stages such as Design + Build, Build only, or Design with selected procurement and manufacturing support. Each capability works independently and connects where required.
Yes. A bespoke engagement can remain focused on one stage or expand as the project develops. Design can extend into documentation or build, and a build scope can add procurement, manufacturing or installation without needing to restructure the entire relationship.
Connecting design and delivery gives the people developing the design direct access to the teams responsible for costing, procurement, manufacturing and construction. Buildability, lead times, materials and cost can be considered earlier, with fewer gaps between design decisions and what is ultimately delivered on site.
We typically start with the number of sites, markets, formats, rollout timeline, existing design standards and required scope. From there, we can recommend the programme structure, governance model and delivery approach that best fits the estate.
Handover can include final QA, defect management, warranties and project documentation, with further support available depending on the engagement. Perform services can extend the relationship into post-launch review, maintenance, optimisation, refresh programmes and future projects, without needing to form part of the original end-to-end scope.

“It’s chic and sophisticated yet still warm and welcoming to our customers.”
“Greater Group did an excellent job following the project brief to deliver results that perfectly align with our vision for the updated interiors. We wanted to take a fresh approach to the visual appearance of our clinics but it was important for the characteristic features of the previous design to still be present. We love the refreshed look, it's chic and sophisticated yet still warm and welcoming to our customers.”
