What does a bespoke engagement include?
A bespoke engagement is built around the specific capability your project needs. That can include strategy, concept design, design development, documentation, procurement, manufacturing, fitout, installation or post-launch support as a standalone scope.
Can we start with one capability and add more later?
Yes. A bespoke engagement can remain focused on one stage or expand as the project develops. Design can extend into documentation or build, and a build scope can add procurement, manufacturing or installation without needing to restructure the entire relationship.
Can you work from a concept another agency created?
Yes. We regularly adapt and develop existing concepts, global guidelines and brand systems for specific sites and markets. The work can include site adaptation, design development, technical coordination and documentation while maintaining the original design intent.
Do we have to build with you if you design it?
No. Design can be engaged as a complete standalone scope. We can take the project through concept, development and site-ready documentation, then hand over a coordinated package for pricing and construction by your appointed contractor.
Can you build a design we already have?
Yes. Greater Group can be engaged for build using documentation prepared by another designer or consultant. We review the design for buildability, programme, cost, procurement and technical coordination before moving into manufacture or construction.
Can you join a project that is already underway?
Yes. We can step into an existing project at the point where specialist support is required, from design development and documentation through to procurement, value engineering, manufacturing, fitout or post-launch support.
Can you work with our existing contractors and suppliers?
Yes. We can work within an established project team and coordinate with architects, consultants, landlords, contractors, nominated suppliers and internal teams, with our scope clearly defined around the capability you need.
What do you need to quote a bespoke engagement?
We typically need the project brief, location, current stage, required scope, available drawings or guidelines, programme and indicative budget. From there, we can define the right deliverables, team and fee for the engagement.
