Why brands choose us

One point of contact from brief to handover.

01

One Accountable Team

One team owns the outcome across design, procurement, manufacture and build, with clear accountability for programme, budget, quality and delivery.

02

Fewer Handover Gaps

Decisions carry from design through delivery, reducing coordination gaps, duplicated effort and lost information between stages.

03

Cost Built Into the Design

Cost planning, supplier input and value engineering shape design decisions early, keeping ambition, buildability and budget aligned.

04

Designed With Delivery in Mind

Design decisions are informed by the people who source, make and install them, resolving buildability before it reaches site.

05

Faster Decisions

Design, cost, procurement and site decisions are resolved within one team, keeping the programme moving and reducing client coordination.

06

Design Intent Through to Handover

One continuous line of responsibility carries the approved design through documentation, manufacture, installation and final handover.

What brands ask first

What does end-to-end include?

End-to-end can connect the project from strategy and design through documentation, procurement, manufacture, fitout, installation and handover. The exact scope is built around what the project requires. Perform services, including post-launch review, optimisation and ongoing maintenance, can be added where they create value.

Does everything have to sit under one engagement?

No. We structure the engagement around the model that best suits the brand, project and procurement strategy. Greater Group can take responsibility for the full journey, or the scope can be divided into defined stages such as Design + Build, Build only, or Design with selected procurement and manufacturing support. Each capability works independently and connects where required.

What is the advantage of one connected team?

Connecting design and delivery gives the people developing the design direct access to the teams responsible for costing, procurement, manufacturing and construction. Buildability, lead times, materials and cost can be considered earlier, with fewer gaps between design decisions and what is ultimately delivered on site.

Can we start with one stage and add other capabilities later?

Yes. Brands can engage us for a single capability, a standalone project or an ongoing programme partnership. A design engagement can extend into documentation or delivery, a build appointment can include procurement or manufacturing, and additional services can be introduced as requirements become clearer.

How do you manage budget and value engineering?

Cost is considered alongside design development, with cost planning, supplier input, material selection, manufacturing methods and value engineering used to identify efficiencies early. We look at where cost can be reduced or redirected without compromising the key design, operational and quality requirements of the project.

How do you protect design intent through delivery?

Design intent is carried into delivery through coordinated documentation, material and finish approvals, shop drawings, prototypes, manufacturing reviews and site QA. Keeping design and delivery teams connected also allows technical questions and site conditions to be resolved with a clear understanding of the original design.

Can you work across multiple markets and with our existing partners?

Yes. Greater Group can work within an existing project team, coordinating with client-appointed architects, consultants, contractors, landlords and nominated suppliers. For multi-market programmes, shared playbooks, design standards, fixture systems and quality controls provide a consistent framework that can then be adapted to local sites and delivery requirements.

What happens after handover?

Handover can include final QA, defect management, warranties and project documentation, with further support available depending on the engagement. Perform services can extend the relationship into post-launch review, maintenance, optimisation, refresh programmes and future projects, without needing to form part of the original end-to-end scope.
