Engagements — Programme Partnership

Rollout, Governance & Control Across Markets

SILK Laser Clinics
Australia Rollout

Set the standard. Build the system to scale it.

For multi-site and multi-market programmes, we create the systems that keep every location consistent, efficient and controlled. Design guidelines, site adaptation, fixture systems, procurement, manufacturing and rollout are managed through one programme, with governance in place to maintain the standard as the network grows.

Why brands choose us

A programme built to scale, with consistency across every site.

01

Built to Scale

Systems, specifications and production are engineered for volume, creating greater efficiency and cost control as the network grows.

02

Consistency Across Markets

Shared guidelines, fixture systems and quality standards keep the brand consistent across sites, formats, markets and delivery teams.

03

Programme Control

Programme, documentation, procurement and delivery are centrally coordinated, giving you clear oversight across every site and market.

04

Quality at Every Site

Defined QA processes, production inspections and site reviews maintain the agreed standard from manufacture through installation.

05

Governed Standards

Controlled documentation, approved suppliers and established compliance requirements protect the programme as new sites and markets are added.

06

One Point of Contact

A dedicated programme lead coordinates the network across design, procurement, manufacture and delivery, with one point of accountability throughout.

What brands ask first

How do you maintain consistency across markets?

We establish the programme around a shared set of design guidelines, fixture systems, documentation standards and quality controls. Each site is adapted to local conditions within that framework, allowing the brand experience to remain consistent across markets, formats and delivery teams.

How do you protect quality across a rollout?

A central project team governs the programme, with QA checked against the approved standards at each stage. Samples, inspections, barcode tracking, defect management and final sign-off provide control from production through to installation and handover.

Can one programme support multiple formats?

Yes. Programmes are typically structured to support a range of formats, from flagship and full-format stores through to compact sites, kiosks or shop-in-shops. Shared planning principles, fixture families and specification tiers allow each format to respond to its footprint and commercial role within one system.

How do you manage value engineering across multiple sites?

Value engineering is applied at programme level, where improvements have the greatest impact. We review materials, construction methods, fixture design, durability, packing and logistics to reduce cost and complexity while maintaining the design intent and performance standard across the wider rollout.

How do you adapt the design to different sites and markets?

Each site is reviewed against the established programme standard, then resolved around its footprint, tenancy conditions, local regulations, services, supply chain and operational requirements. Site-specific decisions are documented and fed back into the programme so knowledge builds from one location to the next.

How do you manage procurement and logistics across a programme?

Procurement, manufacturing, warehousing and freight can be coordinated centrally against the rollout schedule. This gives the programme clearer visibility over lead times, inventory, production volumes and site sequencing, with components allocated to each location as required.

What happens after the sites open?

Ongoing support can include planned maintenance, warranty management, audits, refreshes, visual updates and day-two works. This allows the programme to continue evolving after rollout, with updates managed against the same standards used to deliver the original sites.

What do you need to scope a programme partnership?

We typically start with the number of sites, markets, formats, rollout timeline, existing design standards and required scope. From there, we can recommend the programme structure, governance model and delivery approach that best fits the estate.
