A bold reception identity, flexible collaboration settings and task-based rooms strengthened daily performance while creating a strong first impression for clients and future talent.
A Workplace That Supports Employees
Aurex Group required a modern office that supports varied workstyles, embraces smart technology, and strengthens recruitment appeal. The brief prioritised a clear brand presence at entry, flexible settings for collaboration and focus, and an agile layout that helps people choose the right space for each task. Delivery also needed to be efficient and low-disruption, with clear control of quality, budget, and schedule.
Designed for Movement and Agility
greater group mapped how teams work, then planned an agile workplace with breakout zones, touchdown points, workstations, and tech-enabled meeting settings. Room sizes were right-sized to reduce wasted capacity, including focus rooms, call booths, and 2, 4, and 8-plus person rooms. A bold orange-and-black identity was carried from reception into key touchpoints, balanced by a monochrome base and warm timber tones.
A Flexible Office with Strong Identity
The completed office fit-out supports collaboration, focus, and informal connection without sacrificing a professional tone. A striking reception sets a confident first impression, while the communal hub and varied work settings improve day-to-day flow. Natural light, timber flooring, and considered colour contrast add warmth and energy. Delivery was coordinated end-to-end, with disruptive works managed outside business hours to protect operations.
We couldn’t be happier with the outcome of our new refurbished office. From the initial concept design through to delivery, Greater Group have been hands on and understanding of our needs every step of the way. The team’s strategy for delivering the best use of space along with a modern design answered every part of our brief. The new areas for collaboration, informal and formal meetings and events have exceeded our expectations and created new opportunities for the ways our team works. The use of technology throughout the office has allowed us to better connect with our international colleagues, increase productivity and become a more interactive workplace.
