TPC appointed greater group to lead workplace strategy, design, and build for its Grosvenor Place headquarters. The brief required a polished corporate setting that still feels human-centred, balancing energy-sector clarity with spaces that support connection and collaboration. Natural materials and greenery were required to align with sustainability commitments, while maintaining a premium, professional finish suited to a commercial tower.
Strategy to Eight-Week Delivery
Workplace strategy was aligned to operational needs and culture, then carried through end-to-end from design to fit-out, all delivered within eight weeks. Clean lines, neutral tones, and subtle green cues were balanced with timber textures and biophilic touches for warmth without visual noise. Glazing and layout structure were used to support transparency and clear sightlines, while hospitality-style zones were integrated to enable teamwork and stakeholder meetings.
