The Great Room

greater group delivered two premium co-working projects for The Great Room, executing build and fit-out works across distinct regional environments in Sydney and Hong Kong. Each location presented unique spatial and operational requirements — from repositioning an existing fitted workplace at 85 Castlereagh Street to completing a full-scale fit-out at Cheung Kong Centre. 

A shared design was carried across both locations, then tailored to each site’s constraints and context. High-end finishes and detailing were coordinated with practical planning for lounges, private offices, and collaboration zones. Regional procurement and installation were managed to protect quality and brand consistency, while layout and services coordination ensured the spaces performed smoothly for daily use in dense CBD settings.

Both locations deliver a cohesive, premium co-working experience that feels refined, warm, and operationally efficient. Flexible zones support focus, collaboration, and networking. Comfortable seating, elevated finishes, and lighting enhance daily use. City views and modern workplace technology add usability and character.
