Workplace Built for Connection
TeamViewer was tasked to design its Singapore office at Suntec City, reflecting leadership in remote connectivity. The brief called for a brand-aligned, technology-enabled environment that supports collaboration and diverse workstyles. It required flexible settings for focus, informal discussions, meetings and social activity, plus an interactive workplace fit-out approach that lifts engagement and wellbeing.
Flexible Zones With Strong Identity
The brand was translated through controlled colour and graphics, reinforcing identity without visual overload. The layout was organised into clear zones, balancing open collaboration areas with quieter settings for focused work. Planning was oriented to maximise Suntec City skyline views, and early 3D visualisation was used to test concepts and guide decisions through documentation.
A Space that Moves Fast
The final concept supports speed, connection, and daily teamwork through a mix of adaptable settings. Lounges, breakout zones, and meeting spaces make it easy to shift between focus and interaction. View-led planning adds energy to the day, while brand cues remain confident and integrated across the space, aligning with a global, tech-driven operating model.
