Refresh, Not Reinvent
SILK Laser Clinics decided to refresh its clinic interiors while keeping the brand recognisable and making the experience more welcoming. The brief prioritised workplace efficiency, a warmer feel than typical clinical spaces, and updated joinery for product display that supported the spatial flow. The brief also required reducing brochure clutter by shifting key information to digital screens.
Warmth with Precision
A calm, nature-led palette was developed using timber, soft lighting, and an open-plan layout to balance clinical materials. The reception zone was set as a clear focal point through contrasting finishes and an illuminated logo. LED halo lighting was integrated through key portals and joinery, supported by digital screens used to communicate services and product information.
Scalable Clinic System
The refreshed concept created a more polished, welcoming clinic environment that supports client comfort and smoother daily operations. A consistent format was established across locations, with the flexibility to adapt as services and technology evolve. It keeps brand familiarity intact while shifting the overall mood to feel warmer and more considered for clients.
