Evolving A Coastal Retail Identity

Seafolly engaged greater group to lead a comprehensive retail rollout strategy supporting both flagship builds and store refreshes. The objective was to create a consistent yet flexible concept reflecting the brand’s modern coastal aesthetic, while integrating sustainable merchandising systems, enhanced fitting rooms and omnichannel touchpoints.

We developed a refined fashion retail framework adaptable across varying footprints. Sculptural shopfronts, curved architectural detailing and warm natural finishes establish a cohesive identity, while modular fixtures and standardised documentation enable efficient delivery. Collaborative landlord coordination ensured streamlined approvals and construction sequencing nationwide.
