Building A Regional Retail Framework

Nike appointed greater group to develop a scalable retail playbook for Nike Kids within Foot Locker stores across APAC. Our scope encompassed retail strategy, concept design, documentation, procurement guidance, project management and installation support — establishing a modular system that strengthens brand presence, enhances navigation and enables efficient regional rollout.

We created a flexible shop-in-shop design system structured around life-stage zoning, modular fixtures and clear brand storytelling. Engineered for durability and compliance, each component supports adaptability across footprints and markets, ensuring operational efficiency while maintaining a distinctive Nike Kids identity within Foot Locker stores.

Pilot Launch And Market Validation

Successfully launched at Grand Indonesia Mall, Jakarta as the pilot implementation, the Nike Kids retail playbook validated both design intent and commercial viability. The framework was subsequently rolled out in Manila, establishing a proven model for future APAC market applications.
