Nicomatic sought an integrated office and production facility that supports high-precision electronics manufacturing while reflecting European heritage. The brief required a calm, Nordic-inspired environment anchored by corporate blue, with a clear connection between office, collaboration, and production zones. It also needed efficient workflow planning, operational clarity, and flexibility within a 410 sqm footprint.

Workflows were mapped, with clear circulation planned between office and production areas to keep operations efficient and safe. A Nordic palette of whites and light timbers added warmth without visual noise, while brand cues were kept minimal and intentional. Biophilic touches, exposed ceilings, and natural light improved comfort. Open collaboration areas and enclosed rooms supported focused work and private discussion.
