Huawei Australia required a full store refresh to transform an existing tenancy into a contemporary, experience-led retail space. The brief called for a clearer customer journey, dedicated experiential zones, and flexible displays that adapt to frequent product updates. Premium finishes were needed to feel modern and accessible, while durability was essential for a high-traffic location.
Zoning, Wayfinding and Joinery
The layout was reconfigured to create dedicated zones for hands-on discovery and clear circulation through a compact floor plan. Smart wayfinding, backlit signage, and strategic product placement were implemented to guide customers and highlight hero ranges. Custom joinery was delivered through The Lab — greater group’s manufacturing facility in Melbourne — with detailing controlled through coordinated procurement and build delivery.

The refreshed store supports easy navigation and confident product exploration through clear zoning and immersive touchpoints. Lighting, signage, and display strategy strengthen product visibility, while durable joinery supports day-to-day retail use.
