An Immersive Brand Experience
Hearing Australia wanted to redesign and build its Canberra centre, putting brand integration and customer experience at the core. The brief called for a cohesive clinic fit-out solution that supported clinical function, translated campaign messaging through colour, digital screens, artwork and environmental graphics, and created a multisensory journey using visual, aural and tactile cues.
Designing to the Senses
A journey was planned from the bold, campaign-led exterior to a calmer interior zone. Materials and finishes were selected for accessibility, durability, and ease of maintenance, while the brand was kept unmistakable. Digital displays, graphics, and artworks were integrated into the layout, and designed to align with clinical workflows and operational needs.
Calm, Branded Arrival
The centre delivers a clear brand experience while staying calm, comfortable and fit for clinical use. Campaign storytelling is communicated through a structured journey, with a welcoming interior that supports visitors across ages and needs. It brings impact where it matters, then settles into a composed healthcare setting that builds trust and supports wellbeing.
