A Campus Built in Phases
FIS opted to modernise the 30-year-old Jardine’s Lookout campus through a structured, design-aligned programme delivered in two phases. Phase 1 upgraded core learning and communal areas with minimal disruption to campus operations. Phase 2 extended into administrative zones and exterior works, including windows, the facade, and essential services, while maintaining a cohesive campus vision.
Consistency Across Two Phases
Delivery was led as lead consultant and management contractor, with design and construction sequenced around school holiday windows. Safety, quality, and cost control were prioritised through clear work packages and tight coordination. Continuity was maintained across interiors, furniture, and finishes, while exterior and service upgrades were integrated to protect long-term functionality.
New Campus Ready For the Future Generation
The two-phase programme reshapes the campus into a more modern, student-centred environment that supports contemporary learning and daily comfort. Teaching, support and shared spaces are refreshed to improve usability and lift the overall experience. Building upgrades improve daylight, ventilation and resilience, providing a strong foundation for ongoing renewal and future readiness.
