A Campus Built in Phases

FIS opted to modernise the 30-year-old Jardine’s Lookout campus through a structured, design-aligned programme delivered in two phases. Phase 1 upgraded core learning and communal areas with minimal disruption to campus operations. Phase 2 extended into administrative zones and exterior works, including windows, the facade, and essential services, while maintaining a cohesive campus vision.

Safety, quality, and cost control were prioritised through clear work packages and tight coordination. Continuity was maintained across interiors, furniture, and finishes, while exterior and service upgrades were integrated to protect long-term functionality.
