Culture Meets Performance

Fragomen required a modern workplace that promotes collaboration and reflects a professional identity with a more vibrant, welcoming feel. The brief called for open, flexible planning to support desk-sharing, teamwork, and clear circulation. Colour, materials, and furniture needed to be used with control, creating energy without visual chaos. Social, lounge, and breakout zones were required to support wellbeing and daily connection.

02 - Our Approach

Flexible Planning With Bold Detail

The project was shaped around desk-sharing and collaborative zones, with circulation planned to keep conference areas and shared spaces easy to navigate. A bold palette was introduced, led by royal blue with controlled accent colours, to build energy while maintaining corporate polish. Lounge, lunchroom, and informal meeting settings were added to support both focus and social time, strengthening the employee experience across the office.

The completed office supports a lively culture without losing clarity or professionalism. Flexible collaboration settings make it easier to shift between focused tasks and team discussions, while breakout and lounge zones add comfort and connection. Royal Blue as a Wayfinding Cue

Royal blue is used as a primary anchor across key touchpoints, with yellow, red, and teal accents concentrated in lounge and lunchroom seating. The palette creates energy and instant identity. It also subtly guides movement through shared zones without relying on heavy signage or visual clutter.
