Workplace Built to Scale
An inspiring workplace was required to lift productivity and teamwork while reflecting ExpressVPN’s brand identity. Logical planning needed to support varied work modes, future growth, and large gatherings, including a 124-person workstation capacity and a 100-plus-person town hall. This first collaboration also required coordinated delivery across design, MEP, FPS, and project management for a seamless rollout.
Zoning, Signals, Flexibility
Clear zoning was established through strategic planning to meet capacity targets while preserving flexibility for growth. Brand cues were embedded using subtle geometry, graphics, and colour accents as wayfinding and zone markers. Agile furniture and modular settings were selected to balance focus and collaboration. At the same time, biophilic materials, greenery, and natural light were integrated to support a positive day-to-day experience across work and social zones.
A Space That Works
A multi-functional office fit-out was delivered with strong collaboration and social settings, including meeting rooms, breakout zones, a spacious pantry, and a training or golf simulation area. The layout supports both focused work and team connection, while the town hall accommodates large group moments. Brand expression was carried consistently throughout, creating a modern, uplifting workplace aligned with ExpressVPN’s culture.
