Instagram-First Pop-Up
Estée Lauder required a branded pop-up designed for social sharing in a high-traffic Orchard Road location, delivered in collaboration with its digital agency and the team. The brief required a fast turnaround, strong visual impact, and interactive digital touchpoints. It included concept and layout, custom fabrication for fixtures and signage, and a full programme from design to handover within three weeks.
Speed With Coordinated Delivery
Design, procurement, and build were managed as one streamlined programme to meet the three-week timeline. Bespoke kiosks, integrated screens, and premium finishes were specified to keep the temporary activation feeling elevated. Digital content and in-store tech were coordinated early, with on-site testing carried out to support reliable live capture, display, and printing within a compact footprint.
High Impact Initiatives
The activation delivered a high-energy experiential retail activation that elevated hero products and encouraged social sharing. The space supported stronger dwell time and smoother product discovery during peak trading. A clean pack-down and removal plan helped enable storage and potential reuse, keeping the delivery practical as well as visually memorable.
