Estée Lauder Companies appointed greater group to manage the supply and installation of multiple prestige beauty brands across duty-free and airport retail settings. Working from global brand documentation, our role centred on delivering precision-manufactured retail joinery that meets strict brand standards across the group brands including MAC Cosmetics, Aveda, Origins, Le Labo and Tom Ford.

All primary fixtures were manufactured at The Lab, greater group’s in-house production facility. Detailed shop drawings, material verification and rigorous quality control ensured every element met luxury finish expectations. Coordinated procurement and disciplined installation maintained brand integrity across both CBD duty-free and high-traffic airport environments.

The Lotte Duty Free Sydney CBD project stands as the largest multi-brand implementation, integrating several Estée Lauder Companies brands within one flagship destination. Complementary works across Sydney and Melbourne Airports further demonstrate greater group’s ability to deliver refined joinery and installation services within complex retail settings.
