Multi-Format Café Refresh Programme
Délifrance engaged greater group to deliver store refreshes aligned with its broader brand evolution, strengthening its French heritage and contemporary identity. Each location translated the updated global brand into customer-focused F&B environments tailored to context — from a warm, family-oriented café at Waterway Point, to a fast-paced professional setting at Changi City Point, and an efficient grab-and-go format with clear dine-in flow at HDB Hub.
Location-Led Store Formats
A consistent material and colour direction was set, then planning and feature moments were tailored by site. Waterway Point was shaped for longer dwell time, with greenery and murals used to create a relaxed mood. At Changi City Point, quick service and visibility were prioritised through digital wall screens and compact zoning. At HDB Hub, circulation and back-of-house links were refined for throughput, and façade presence and signage were strengthened.
Cohesive Identity for Better Flow
The refreshed stores express Délifrance’s renewed identity while improving everyday usability across dine-in and takeaway. Clear zoning and upgraded façades increase visibility and recognition, supported by consistent finishes that reinforce a modern French bakery feel. Each site performs to its context, showing a scalable café design and project management approach that improves operational efficiency and customer experience across the network.
