Through The Lab, our in-house manufacturing facility, we led extensive shop drawing development, material sourcing and matching, furniture procurement and full installation oversight. Integrated collaboration across design, manufacturing and site teams ensured rigorous quality control and sequencing efficiency, tightly aligning fabrication with on-site delivery to maintain programme momentum across concurrent locations.
