Crocs required a new store opening at VivoCity that aligns with its global store design ethos of modularity, modern innovation, and localised charm. The brief prioritised reliable build delivery and consistent in-store presentation, supported by engineered fixtures, high-quality joinery, and tight quality control. The store also needed to fit smoothly within Crocs’ wider multi-country rollout model and retail partner activations across APAC.
Engineer, Supply, Control
Project management was delivered across fixture engineering, joinery manufacture and supply, logistics coordination, and in-store quality control. Modular components were engineered to support flexibility and repeatability, with testing and prototyping applied to reduce risk before deployment. Brand graphics, signage integration, and fixture tolerances were managed closely, ensuring the store fit-out met Crocs’ standards while remaining practical for fast-paced retail conditions.

The VivoCity store delivered a functional and engaging customer journey, from shopfront impact to clear product storytelling zones. Modular fixtures improved adaptability for updates and merchandising shifts, while controlled build quality protected consistency with Crocs’ wider APAC network. The completed space supports durable daily trading performance and reinforces a recognisable Crocs retail identity within Singapore’s largest mall environment.
