Fluid and Fresh Workplace
Coca-Cola sought to reimagine its reception and breakout areas as open, light-filled environments that feel agile and contemporary while subtly honouring brand heritage. The brief prioritised fluid spatial planning, modular fixtures and biophilic workplace elements to enhance creativity, clarity and wellbeing. The visual language was to remain minimal yet assured, punctuated by curated storytelling moments that reinforce identity, while ensuring seamless functionality for daily operations and visiting stakeholders.
Minimal Brand With Maximum Flow
The reception introduces a custom pendant light symbolising fluidity, complemented by an illuminated bottle wall and interactive digital history display. An interactive digital wall became the primary storytelling feature, while natural materials and plant boxes enhanced clarity and calm. The breakout zone was converted into a compact cafeteria with modular and stackable furniture, step seating and smoked mirrors created flexibility and spatial depth.
Fresh and Contemporary Workplace
The finished office feels modern, adaptable, and people-first, balancing restraint with clear brand cues. Light, greenery, and flexible settings support focus and informal collaboration, while the cafeteria adds a social hub without disrupting workflow. A neutral palette with controlled red accents keeps identity present but understated. The result is a refined office design and build that is easy to use and maintain.
