Scaling Next-Gen Branch Formats

For over eight years, CIMB Niaga has partnered with greater group to reshape its retail footprint. The objective was to evolve conventional branches and ATM networks into customer-first environments supported by digital tools, adaptable formats and a cohesive design language aligned to the bank’s innovation-led identity.

A New Generation of Banking Spaces

We developed a flexible retail banking design framework adaptable across Digital Lounges, Hybrid Branches and refreshed ATM networks. Prototypes such as Kemang introduced digitally driven customer journeys, while mall and community formats integrated self-service and video banking within varied footprints. Local cues were embedded through culturally informed graphics and materials, ensuring localisation while maintaining brand integrity.
