01 - Project Brief

A Compact Showroom Upgrade

Brunner Asia Pacific required a combined workspace and showroom in Wan Chai to support regional expansion. The brief required strong product presentation within a small footprint, while communicating more than 40 years of quality, function and design alongside a clear sustainability focus.

02 - Our Approach

Biophilic, Minimal and Flexible

The design used a white-and-wood base with warm earth tones to express sustainability, supported by wood flooring and trim, natural light and layered greenery. Perimeter workstations and wall-length storage kept the workspace calm and organised, while lighting helped define zones. Furniture on castors increased flexibility, with presentation screens and devices integrated discreetly into the plan.

03 - Project Outcome

Premium Display With Easy Flow

The completed office furniture showroom supports clear product storytelling and a composed workplace experience within a compact footprint. Natural light, controlled materials and biophilic accents create a welcoming tone, while the flexible plan allows quick reconfiguration for display needs. The fit-out positions the showroom as both a working space and a live catalogue, ready to support growth and client engagement.

A Moment for The Founder

A miniature replica of the founders’ second-hand Volkswagen van sits within the shelving display, adding a human detail to the minimalist setting. It softens the space, sparks conversation and reinforces heritage without distracting from the furniture presentations.
