Brand Consistency Across Boutiques
Breitling appointed greater group to implement its new global retail concept at K11 MUSEA (Victoria Dockside) and Citygate Outlets (Tung Chung). Both boutiques needed a unified industrial loft aesthetic that blends modern styling with heritage cues across aviation, land and sea. The delivery also required tight control of detailing, durability and timelines, while keeping the experience premium, comfortable and easy to navigate for watch discovery.
Fast-track With High Detail
Design documentation and value engineering were produced to protect intent and improve build efficiency. Custom furniture and fixtures were developed and manufactured, while sourcing and logistics were managed to keep lead times stable. Site installation was coordinated around live retail constraints, with quality checks applied to finishes, lighting, and joinery. Localised materials were selected to support cost control without diluting the industrial loft retail design language.
Consistent, Loft-Led Retail
Both boutiques now express a cohesive Breitling environment that feels like a refined industrial apartment. K11 MUSEA integrates nautical and aviation references through custom metal display structures, layered finishes and a casual, high-end tone. Citygate extends the same identity with brick textures, walnut flooring, vintage brass cues and signature yellow accents. The outcome is a consistent roll-out, built for dwell time, comfort and brand clarity.
