Agile & Connected, a Space for Fintech
BCW sought an office that feels bright, agile and connected, reflecting its technology-led culture. The brief called for spaces that support both collaboration and focused work, while expressing brand personality in a fresh, contemporary way. The 465+ sqm workplace needed to feel energetic and playful without compromising professionalism, with flexibility embedded across key shared areas.
Neutral Palette With Brand Elements
A neutral palette was used to balance daylight from large windows, and brand-led features were layered in to keep the space distinctive. Pendant lights echoing the logo and patterned finishes at the lift lobby were used to reinforce identity, while a customised green wall on the work floor added texture and a tech-forward feel. Foldable conference room walls were installed to increase flexibility, supported by social touchpoints in the pantry.
Flexible and High-Energy Office
The completed design supports daily collaboration through flexible settings and a lively atmosphere that stays functional. Natural light and a controlled base palette keep the environment calm, while brand moments and social zones lift engagement. The result is a future-ready workplace that feels adaptable, team-oriented and aligned with modern work behaviours.
