Enabling Agile Ways Of Working
Ashurst OSP required a refreshed Jakarta office that reflects global identity while incorporating local character. The brief called for flexible planning across open and enclosed work areas to support agile working and future growth. A larger reception area was also required to improve the client arrival experience — creating a welcoming first impression with a more premium feel.
Local Materials With Global Identity
A strong brand wall was positioned opposite the entry, and locally sourced sisal and terracotta tiles were specified to add Indonesian character. Warm lighting, timber panelling, and a neutral palette were applied to create a calm, professional atmosphere. Flexibility was supported through modular folding doors to allow meeting rooms to be opened into a seminar or town hall setting.
A Brighter Dynamic Workplace
The workplace supports agile working through a mix of open and enclosed settings and flexible event space. A brighter lounge and kitchenette experience is created through feature lighting and an open layout that encourages informal connection. The reception experience feels more expansive and welcoming — strengthening first impressions and reinforcing Ashurst OSP’s presence in Jakarta.
